Description: Old Testament III is the study of the Restoration Books of Ezra through Esther and the poetic and wisdom books of Psalms through Song of Solomon. The course emphasizes God’s faithfulness to his promises in the lives of those who will believe him. The Restoration Books show us that God is in control over all of our circumstances, the book of Job teaches how we are to respond in crisis, the book of Psalms teaches us that worship brings intimacy with God, and the Wisdom Books contain practical guidance for everyday life. This course fulfills requirements for both the Level 1 Biblical Studies & Theology Certificate and Level 2 Ministerial Studies Certificate.
